Jacques is listed as 80 years of age and his wife is listed as age 70. He died before 14 July 1692 in Québec (Québec Province), Canada. On this date, the children filed suit against their mother, Marie Éripel, ordering that she provide an account of the community assets of her deceased husband, Jacques Boissel, so that they could be shared with his heirs.
